  • Ski On/Off is available when the Sunrise trail is open (typically January - March, weather dependent). Please confirm trail status before booking. No refunds are given if the trail is closed.
  • A ladder is used to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death resulting from use of the ladder.

  • Private hot tub is available during peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). A $195 setup fee applies outside these dates if you would like to use the hot tub. Hot tub use is at your own risk. You accept responsibility for any bodily injury arising from hot tub use and hold the owner and property manager harmless.
  • Guest count must be accurate. Additional per-person, per-night fees may apply if guest count is exceeded. Please request a custom quote if needed.
  • No refunds for weather-related events. Travel insurance is recommended.
